What Capital Tracker is
Capital Tracker is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record and visualise your account balances, net worth, and financial trends. It is not a financial adviser, broker, or regulated financial service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You may use Capital Tracker for personal, non-commercial financial tracking. You may not use the service to store data on behalf of others without their consent, attempt to access other users' data, or perform automated scraping or abuse of the API.
Data accuracy
Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via frankfurter.app and are provided for informational purposes only. They may lag real-time markets. We make no guarantee of accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on figures shown in the app.
Service availability
Capital Tracker is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance, introduce breaking changes, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures — export your data regularly.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have a verified address on file.
